Homemade Stir-fried Bamboo Shoots with Duck Offals


Wild duck was stewed with medicinal herbs, duck offals stir-fried with seasonal vegetables, and nourishing soups were prepared.

1 portion of duck offals,1 radish, 40g oil, 1g salt,10g soy sauce, 3g oyster sauce, 15g rice wine,6g dried chili peppers, 3 cloves of garlic
Steps

1. Clean the fresh duck offals thoroughly.

2. Blanch and cut them into thin slices.

3. Peel and clean the radish and garlic, then slice them.

4. Heat a pan and add oil, then stir-fry the duck offals until fragrant.

5. Move the duck offals to one side, and stir-fry the radish for a moment.

6. Add salt and stir-fry evenly.

7. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine, dried chili peppers, and garlic, then stir-fry until well combined, then serve.
