Home-style Onion and Squid Rings Recipe



Onion.Squid rings. They are both very round in shape and the cooking method is not complicated, yet the flavor is fresh and delicious, suitable for drinking or eating.

Seasonings: Oil, Salt, Oyster Sauce, Green Onion, Shaoxing Wine
Steps:
1. Peel and wash the onion, then cut it into rings.
2. Remove the internal organs from the squid, wash it, and cut it into rings.
3. Place the squid rings in a bowl and marinate with salt, Shaoxing wine, and green onion for 20 minutes.
4. Rinse lightly and drain the water before setting aside.
5. Heat oil in a baking dish.
6. Fry the squid rings.
7. Fry until the squid rings are cooked through and slightly dehydrated, then add oyster sauce.

9. Stir-fry evenly and season with salt.
10. Continue to fry for another 3 minutes.
Turn off the heat. Serve in a dish.

Tips:


1. The squid should be fried until cooked through, overcooking will result in poor texture.
2. If you don't have a baking dish, a non-stick pan can also be used for frying.
