Ingredients::Dried soybeans(soaked, washed, boiled and cooked)Chicken wings roots (washed, blanched)Kelp(soaked, washed, cut open)
Seasonings: cooking wine,dark soy sauce,doubanjiang, sugar , oil Method: (1) Place the blanched chicken wing roots
in the inner pot of the rice cooker.(2) Then, add the cut kelp and cooked soybeans.(3) Next, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, dark soy sauce, doubanjiang, sugar, oil, and a bowl and a half of soybean water for seasoning, stir well.
(4) Cover the lid, plug in the power, press the cook rice button, and simmer for 10 minutes.
