Home-style Stewed Duck Legs with Green Beans

Winter's chilies are really super expensive! They are almost as costly as meat prices now; our family will focus more on sour and dried chilies. Fresh chilies can only be temporarily put aside for now. Sour chilies are made in summer and kept in bottles. After buying fresh chilies, don't wash them. Use scissors to cut off the stems, dry them for half a day, then pack them into clean plastic bottles, adding several tablespoons of salt before sealing tightly; it's very easy. When picking chilies, choose older ones; younger ones will soon become mushy and unfit for eating. If chosen well, they can last for months. They can be eaten after about a month, with an excellent flavor profile suitable for any dish, very appetizing.
Salted duck legs have firm meat and excellent texture; they're great for meals, drinks, or snacks! This salted duck leg stewed with bean sprouts is extremely refreshing; give it a try if you like!
