Home-style Fried Carrot and Pork Meatballs

Last week, a friend called to deliver some organic carrots. The carrots were said to be free of pesticides and very sweet. They are safe and reassuring for the baby to eat. It has been a week, and the carrots seem to have lost their moisture. I need to make them soon. So I cut the carrot into thin strips, took out a piece of pork from the refrigerator, went through mincing, threading, shaping, and frying processes, creating an outer crispy and inner tender, fragrant after-dinner snack. This dish adds carrots and tofu residue
to meatballs, offering both meat aroma and nutritional benefits of bean products. The subtle sweetness and saltiness are not greasy at all, very delicious. Do you like it?Ingredients Main Ingredients 200g pork, 3 carrots, 1 egg

mushroom

pieces for a similar texture and taste.
