Home-style Air-Fried Chicken Thighs

Thighs (Pipa). 500g, oyster sauce to taste, salt to taste, green onions to taste,ginger to taste, sugar to taste,soy sauce to taste, mild rice wine to taste.
Steps.

Prepare the chicken thighs.

Rinse the chicken thighs clean, then pierce them a few times with a skewer.

Add green onions, ginger, mild rice wine, oyster sauce, salt, soy sauce.

Stir and marinate for over 2 hours.

Place the chicken thighs in the frying basket.

Put the frying basket into the air fryer.

Plug in the power and set to 200 degrees.
