Steps

1. Prepare a portion of prawns and remove the shrimp vein for later use.

2. Clean and chop the garlic, ginger, and scallions.

3. Adjust the seasoning with rice wine and soysauce according to personal preference.

4. Put all the ingredients and seasonings in the pot.

5. Cook on braising mode until done.

6. Add more scallion segments at the end for extra flavor.

7. This completes a braised prawn dish.
Tips
To remove the shrimp vein while keeping the head intact, use scissors to do so.
