Homestyle Five-Spice Fried Rice Recipe


Fried rice is a common dish in our home. Today's version is a colorful mix.Egg fried rice, with red radish, green peppers, black mushrooms, yellow Eggs white rice, and 2_Onions,steamed to five colors, both beautiful and nutritious, of course also very delicious. Steps

1. One cup of leftover rice

2. Carrot, bell pepper, carrot, black mushroom, scallion

3. Cut the carrot and bell pepper into small pieces

4. Chop the black mushroom and onion into small pieces

5. Beat one egg, cut up some chives

6. Heat the pan with oil first,cook the chicken egg.

7. Remove from heat after it's cooked.

8. Add the carrot and stir-fry lightly in the pan.

9. Add the onion and bell pepper pieces, stir-fry lightly.

10. Add the black mushroom and stir-fry for a while.

11. Add the rice and stir-fry evenly.

12. Add the eggs, salt, MSG, chives.

13. Keep stirring until everything is well mixed.

14. Serve in a bowl.
Tips
A tasty and colorful fried rice with good nutrition. The best rice to use is leftover from the previous night as it has less moisture, giving better texture when stir-fried. Various vegetables should not be overcooked; they can become unappetizing!
