Homemade Cranberry Caramel Candy Recipe

Recently, I have made several types of peanut candies.Cranberry is one of the flavors I really like in peanut candy; a small amount adds a slight tangy sweetness to the taste, making it very delicious. As the weather gets colder, homemade candies do not melt easily and can be made in larger quantities as a snack. A few pieces can provide additional warmth for the winter. If you like it, give it a try yourself; it's fun!
Ingredients Main ingredients
Marshmallows 160g, toasted peanuts millet 120g, cranberry dried fruit 60g,milk powder 100g,butter 50g,
Steps

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Chop the cranberries and set aside.

3. Toasted peanuts are placed in the oven at a low temperature to keep warm.

4. Melt butter in a pot.

5. Add marshmallows.

6. Once all the marshmallows have melted, mix with milk powder.

7. Then add the toasted peanuts and cranberries, mixing well.

8. Mix the ingredients evenly, turn off the heat, and use disposable gloves to knead and press the candy dough.

9. Continue until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and the dough is no longer sticky.

10. Place the dough in a mold, press it flat into a rectangular block, and let it cool naturally.

11. Cut into small pieces to eat.
Tips
Maintain low heat when melting marshmallows; high heat can easily burn them at the bottom.
