Homemade Recipe for Sour Cucumber and Double Beef Burger


Before a few days, I marinated two bottles of Russian-style pickles.I thought eating this in winter is super refreshing. Last night I made several burger buns, and today taking advantage of the good weather, I quickly made a beef burger and took some pictures. Crispy texture, sour and sweet taste,breakfast is perfect for enjoying these.Ingredients Main ingredients1 hamburger bun, 250g beef, half an onion, 1 egg white, 15g pickled cucumber, half a tomato, 10g lettuce, appropriate amount of oil, 3g salt,15ml cooking wine, appropriate amount of flour, 5g black pepper powder, steps
1. Chop the beef into fine meat mince.. Add onion pieces, black pepper powder, cooking wine, salt, and egg white to the beef.
2. Mix well with a fork until it is firm, marinate for 15 minutes.3. Use your hands to press the meat mince into patty shapes, then coat both sides evenly with flour. 4. Pour plenty of oil into a pan and heat it up until it's 70% hot, then add the patties.5. Fry on both sides until they turn golden brown. 6. Slice the tomatoes, chop the lettuce finely, and prepare the pickled cucumbers; other vegetables can be added according to your preference.7. Split the hamburger bun open, place the beef patty, lettuce, tomato slices inside. 8. Add the pickled cucumber, then spread the salad sauce.TIP I like to add some onions and black pepper in the beef filling; I really love the taste of black pepper. Steps

6. Open the burger bun and place the beef patty, lettuce, tomato slices inside.. Add the pickled cucumber on top. 7. Drizzle with mayonnaise and enjoy!

8. Tip

I like to add some onions and black pepper to the meat mince; I really enjoy the taste of black pepper, or you can use pure beef mince to fry into patties.

Cut the bun in half and add the beef patty, lettuce, and tomato slices.

Then add pickled cucumber and put on some mayonnaise.
