Home-style Braised Wild Duck with Shiitake Mushrooms and Tofu Sheets


Friend sent two wild ducks.They are from somewhere, already well prepared. I think one is too small and two are too many. So I cooked the first one, adding diced tofu dried meat and dried shiitake mushrooms. Steps 1. Remove internal organs from one wild duck and wash it clean.
