Homemade Stir-Fried Chicken Cubes


General preparation for stir-fried dishes usually involves frying the main ingredients in warm oil at about 3-4 until cooked, then seasoning. This [stir-fried]chicken meat chunks] uses the blanching method with boiling water. After cooking and seasoning, I prefer this approach. Ingredients

1 piece, Lotus root 200g,Green pepper 50g,Oil as needed, Salt as needed,A little sugar, A little black pepper,mixed with soy sauce, marinated for 5 minutes. Steps
1. Wash and debone the chicken leg, then cut it into pieces.

2. Clean and peel the lotus root, cutting it into chunks; wash and chop the green peppers.

3. Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and season with a little salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and stir well to marinate for 5 minutes.

4. Mix the seasoned chicken pieces with water starch, stirring repeatedly until fully coated.5. Boil water in a pot and blanch the lotus root chunks until cooked, then remove and set aside. 6. Add the marinated chicken pieces to the boiling water, bringing it back to a boil and stir-fry for 1 minute before removing and draining.

7. Heat oil in a pan, adding chopped ginger and cooking until fragrant.

8. Then add the prepared chicken and lotus root, along with oyster sauce.

9. Add an appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.10. Season with a little salt and sugar. 11. Add some green peppers for color, taste, and vitamin C content.

12. Stir-fry until well mixed, then turn off the heat.13. Serve in a dish, ready to enjoy. Tips

1. When stir-frying the marinated chicken pieces, ensure they are not stirred immediately after adding them to the boiling water; gently agitate the pot when it comes to a boil to prevent the coating from coming off.

2. Adjust the ingredients according to personal preference.

11. Add a few pieces of green pepper to color, enhance flavor, and increase vitamin C content.

12. Stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat when done.

13. Serve by placing in a dish.
Tips
1. When blanching and marinating chicken cubes, be sure not to move them after they are added to the pot; gently stir once they come to a boil to prevent the marinade from separating.
