Cut the chicken breast and ginger into small cubes;3. Use a food processor to grind the meat into mince; 4. Add appropriate salt, cooking wine, black pepper powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and meat filling seasoning to the meat mince, mix well and let it marinate for a while;5. Season the shiitake mushrooms with appropriate salt and black pepper powder, then let them marinate as well; 6. Form the meat mixture into evenly sized balls;
7. Brush an appropriate amount of plant oil on a preheated electric pancake pan;

8. Press down the meat balls to form patties, fry until both sides turn slightly golden brown;9. Add the shiitake mushrooms and cook until fully done;10. Combine the cooked shiitake mushrooms and chicken burgers with the lettuce leaves; your [Shiitake Chicken Burger] is ready. TIP
