Homemade Version of Sichuan Style Leaf Pudding


Yejia ba is a well-known in urban and rural areas of Sichuan.it is named for its method of using Chinese bay leaves,corn leaves, etc.,wrapped and steamed.
it has the of soft and glutinous skin, a mix of salty and sweet flavors,and a fresh aroma.Main ingredients: glutinous rice flour 50g, pork mince 30g, chopped green vegetables 30g, Sichuan pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon, chicken powder 1/4 teaspoon,dark soy sauce.1/2 teaspoon, and sufficient corn leaves. Steps:
Prepare the ingredients: chopped rice flour, pork mince, chopped green vegetables,

glutinous rice and corn leaves.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add pork mince and fry until white.

3. Add chopped green vegetables.

4. Stir in a little dark soy sauce.

5. Mix glutinous rice flour with warm water to form a dough.

6. Divide the dough into several small portions.

7. Press each portion flat, place the fried meat filling inside.

8. Seal and shape into a long cylinder, then wrap it in corn leaves.

9. Steam for 10 minutes.
