1. Prepare the ingredients: chicken, bamboo shoots, yam, braised chicken powder seasoning

2. Prepare seasonings (anise seeds, fennel seeds, cardamom, clove leaves, dried red peppers, Sichuan pepper), wash and slice ginger, cut green onion into segments

3. Cook the chicken pieces in cold water until it boils, remove the scum, peel and dice yam, soak bamboo shoots in hot water and cut them into small pieces
