Steps for making specialty sea fish:
Wash and dry the sea fish.

Slice the back of the fish with a knife.

Place the seasoning packet on the fish.

Sprinkle the seasonings evenly over the body and bottom of the fish.

Prepare the green onions, ginger, garlic, onion, and coriander by washing and cutting them.

Put the white part of the green onion, ginger, garlic, and onion inside the fish's belly.

Place something under the fish for steaming.

Ensure seasoning is also placed underneath.

Boil water in a pot. Steam the fish when the water boils.

Cover and steam for fifteen minutes.
