Homemade Steamed Fish Recipe

Talking about routinely enjoyed Kali Fish, most people would not be unfamiliar. It is actually said to have a history of more than a thousand years. Somewhere between casual conversations, barbecued fish has become a delicious dish for friends and family gatherings.

Ingredients:

  Crucian carp 1 piece,Onion half a piece,Chinese cucumber half a piece,Turnip a half,Potato 2 pieces,

  Chili peppers as needed, 3 cloves of garlic,Coriander as needed, chopped spring onions as needed.

Seasonings:

1 tablespoon of cooking wine, salt to taste,Black pepper to taste, roasted cumin powder to taste,ginger 3 pieces.

Steps:

1. Clean the fish and marinate it with seasonings for half an hour. Grease a baking tray and place the marinated fish on it.

2. Place it in the oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes until it is seven-tenths done. 3. Wash all the side dishes, cut them into pieces and set aside.

4. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the chili peppers and garlic until fragrant.

5. Add the prepared vegetables and stir-fry.

6. Pour water to cover the ingredients and let it simmer until they are seven-tenths done.

7. Transfer all the stir-fried side dishes into the fish pan.

8. Place it back in

the oven and bake until fully cooked. After baking, garnish with chopped spring onions and coriander (spicy lovers can add dried chili peppers and pour hot red oil over them).
