Tomato Sauce (a little) Steps to make Sweet and Sour Beef:
1. Wash the beef sirloin, slice it into strips.
2. Put the beef in a bowl, add salt, cooking wine, duck egg, cornstarch, and flour.

3. Mix well and marinate for half an hour.

4. Heat a pan with oil until it is hot, switch to low heat, place each piece of beef into the pot.

5. Fry slowly on low heat until shaped.

6. Increase heat to medium and fry the beef until golden brown, drain excess oil.

7. Add vinegar and sugar.

8. Stir on low heat until the sugar melts, add tomato sauce and sesame seeds.
