Prepare the ingredients.

Trim off the shrimp claws, remove the shrimp needle, clean them thoroughly and put them in a container. Add some cooking wine and a little salt to marinate for 15 minutes.

Place the butter in the pot.

Heat the pot and melt the butter evenly.

Coat the bottom of the pan with melted butter.

Fry the marinated large shrimp on one side.

After frying one side, flip to fry the other side. Once done, turn off the heat.

Serve in a dish.

Sprinkle some coriander as a garnish.
