(a little) Pig fat (an appropriate amount of water)
Water (an appropriate amount) Eggs (two)(a small amount) Fat (a moderate amount of water) and a little salt
Steps to make microwave steamed eggs:
Prepare two eggs

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them thoroughly.

Add about twice as much water as the egg liquid, add a little pig fat and some salt. Mix well.

Filter the egg mixture into another clean bowl.

Cover with a lid and place in the microwave for two minutes.

The steamed eggs will not be as smooth as those cooked over fire.

If the eggs are too small, use a smaller bowl or adjust the container size accordingly.Add turnip.

Tips:
