Preparation steps for Pancit:
1. Mix flour with water to form a large, fluffy dough ball.

2. Knead the dough into a ball and let it rest, kneading twice during this time.

3. Knead the rested dough on a floured surface until smooth.

4. Cut the dough into portions, roll out the skin, and place an appropriate amount of filling.

5. Seal the edges tightly.

6. Fold one end inward as a simple method.

7. Alternatively: seal the edges tightly.

8. Fold the filled side upwards.

9. Pinch the two ends together.

10. I prefer this method; it's quick and allows for more filling.

12. Boil water in a pot, prepare to cook dumplings. Take a bowl, add sugar, vinegar, chili oil, and cilantro, then pour in boiling water.
