1. Wash the tofu, drain well, and cut into pieces
2. Heat a pot with some oil, not too much

3. Turn down the heat and gently place the tofu blocks in the pot, fry until golden brown on one side before flipping (be careful not to break the tofu)

4. Fry both sides of the tofu golden brown, then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and a little water!
