How to Make Steamed Green Beans with Powder

Steps to make steamed powder long beans:
1. Wash the long beans, cut them into segments, and air dry slightly.

2. Place the dried long beans in a bowl and add salt and soy sauce, stirring evenly.

3. After the salt has fully dissolved, sprinkle some flour over it and mix well.

4. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and place a steamer with a cloth on top. Place the long beans on it to steam.

5. Heat Fire on high for a while, then switch to low heat and steam for 15-20 minutes.

6. Crush the peeled garlic cloves using a garlic press, add chili paste and soy sauce, drizzle with some sesame oil, and mix well. Wash the green onion and cut it into small pieces as Soy sauce needed.

7. Transfer the steamed long beans to a bowl and pour over the prepared sauce. Sprinkle scallion slices on top (mix before eating).
