How to Cook Backward Shrimp

Shrimp with Back Open Ingredients Introduction
Main Ingredients:
Large Prawns (10 pieces)
Side Ingredients:

Steps to Cook the Shrimp:
1. Wash the prawns and open their backs

2. Chop the garlic, chili peppers, and spring onions; set aside

3. Soak the rice vermicelli in warm water

4. Lay the rice vermicelli at the bottom of a plate, then arrange the shrimp, placing the chopped garlic and chili peppers inside the shrimp's back, then use a dressing Mix Pour soysauce and cooking wine over each shrimp,Steam Until cooked

Tips:
The oil must be heated to a high temperature before being poured over the shrimp to release garlic fragrance; choose large prawns, as cooked prawns will curve; if you want them straight, cut the meat inside the back of the shrimp into small pieces, but I find curving also attractive so didn't do it.
