How to make stinky tofu

Main ingredients:
Pack of stinky tofu Mung beans(as needed)
Side ingredients:
Chili Sauce (as needed)
Steps to make the stinky tofu:
Prepare the ingredients.

Wash and drain the mung beans.

Rinse the stinky tofu with water, then drain it.

Add a small amount of oil to the pan, then place the stinky tofu in the pan and fry both sides until golden brown.

Remove the fried stinky tofu from the pan and place it on a plate.

Add the mung beans to the remaining oil in the pan and stir-fry them.

Add a little water, a small amount of salt. Cover the pot and simmer for about 3 minutes.

Pour the fried stinky tofu back into the pan.Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce , sugar. Add chili sauce if you like it spicy. Add a small amount of water, cover the pot and simmer for about 5-6 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Remove from heat and serve.
