Oyster Sauce Baby Bok Choy Cooking Steps:
Prepare one baby bok choy, an onion segment, a ginger piece, six garlic cloves.

Remove the root of the baby bok choy, separate each leaf and clean thoroughly.

Cut the garlic and ginger into small pieces, chop the onion into fine pieces.

Mix three tablespoons of oyster sauce, one tablespoon of soy sauce, half a spoon of vinegar, one tablespoon of starch, a little chicken powder, and one tablespoon of sugar with half a bowl of water to make the bowl sauce.

Heat a pot of water, add a few drops of oil and 3 grams of salt.

Blanch the baby bok choy in boiling water until partially cooked, then drain the water.
