Instructions for making grilled cheese and potato:
1. Peel the potatoes and boil them in boiling water for about ten minutes. Take out the boiled potatoes, cool them with cold water, then slice them. Start plating, layering potatoes with a bit of shredded cheese and hard cheese slices, then place another layer of potato slices, repeat the previous steps as necessary.

2. After all layers are arranged, mix milk and light cream together, add some sea salt (or ordinary table salt), stir evenly, and pour it in.Milk and light cream mixture

3. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, then increase the temperature to 230 degrees until the surface turns golden brown and crisp.

4. Take out after cooling slightly; be careful of the heat.

Tips:
Not only use Mozzarella cheese, but also add other hard block cheeses shredded or cut into slices, making the grilled cheese and potato even tastier with better flavor.
