How to Make Roasted Pork Chops

1. Wash the pork chop meat and cut it into thick slices about 1 cm.
2. Use a knife to make several diagonal cuts on

the pork slice without cutting through, for better flavor absorption. 3. Slice the garlic and ginger.

4. Place the pork chop meat in a bowl, add dark soy sauce, ginger slices, garlic slices, black pepper powder, cooking wine, a teaspoon of cornstarch, a teaspoon of salt, and a teaspoon of corn oil.

5. Rub each piece evenly with your hands and marinate for more than 2 hours; I marinated it overnight and took it out the next morning to ensure better flavor absorption.

6. Heat a small amount of corn oil in a pan and fry the bread crumbs until fragrant.

7. Transfer the fried bread crumbs into a plate and let them cool down.

8. Prepare ordinary flour, corn starch, and an egg that has been beaten.

9. Coat each piece of pork with a layer of ordinary flour first.

10. Then dip it in a layer of corn starch.

11. Next, coat it with a layer of beaten egg.

12. Finally, wrap it in bread crumbs.

13. Place the coated pork chop on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

14. Bake in a preheated

oven at middle rack, 195 degrees for 20 minutes. 15. Remove from the oven once done; it will be fragrant and appetizing.

16. Cut into pieces to serve, best enjoyed when hot with a crispy exterior and tender interior.
