How to Make Steamed Tofu

Main Ingredients:

Auxiliary Ingredients:
Oil ( ) Salt (one spoon)Chicken Essence(one spoon)Soy Sauce(one tablespoon)Vinegar(half a tablespoon)Sugar(a little bit)
How to Make Steamed Tofu:
Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut ginger into pieces, slice garlic, chop green onions, and finely chop chili peppers.

Arrange Chinese cabbage leaves on the plate, surround with broccoli.

Place tofu slices on top of the cabbage leaves as a preparation.

Net pot, add oil over low heat, stir-fry ginger and garlic, sprinkle some water, season with salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar. Cook until boiling then turn off the fire.

Pour the seasoned broth over the tofu.

Steam in a steamer for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving.
