How to Make Steamed Egg Flower

steamed egg flower(soup) preparation steps:
1. Beat three eggs in one direction (the more thorough the better for finer texture, use a sieve if there are any leaks).

2. Add warm water (around 30-40 degrees Celsius, not too hot or the egg flower will be overcooked), mix to the same ratio of liquid and egg 1:1, add a little salt to taste, do not make it too salty, and add a few drops of peanut oil (if you have lard, use a small piece of it for the best flavor).remove any foam with a spoon.

3. Place in a steamer over boiling water and steam for about 7 minutes.

4. Once done, add a little light soy sauce to enhance color (optional), garnish with scallions, and it's ready!
