How to Make Fried Milk

Steps to Make Fried Fresh Milk:
Prepare all the required materials

Take a clean bowl, pour in prepared water starch and add a small spoon of sugar (more if you like it sweeter), stir well

Heat the pan, pour in milk and mixed with water starch (stir until well combined) over low heat, continuously stir and simmer until it thickens to a paste-like consistency

Pour the cooked milk into a container, let it cool down, then refrigerate for 2 hours

Prepare a plate, sprinkle flour on it. Take out the chilled milk, cut it into strips according to your preference, coat evenly with flour

Cut the chilled milk into cubes as per your preference

Add one spoon of starch and one spoon of flour to a clean bowl, optionally add an egg (can be added or not), mix with 3-4 tablespoons of water until it forms a paste-like batter, neither too thin nor too thick

Pour oil into the pan, heat it up. Coat the milk pieces in the batter, fry them until golden brown and remove from heat

Tips:

Milk should be cooked with water starch and mixed well before adding to the pot; it won't work if you use only milk. Cook the milk over low heat continuously until thickened, take your time, don't rush. Adding egg liquid makes the color look better but it's optional.
Milk should be cooked in the pot, which involves mixing water and milk evenly before placing them in the pot. Cooking milk alone won't work. Cook with low heat, slowly, requiring patience; don't rush it. I added egg liquid to make the color look better, but you can omit it if you prefer.
