How to Make Stir-Fried Egg with Bitter Gourd

Steps for Bitter Gourd Fried Eggs:

1. Wash the bitter gourd, remove the seeds.

2. Cut the bitter gourd into pieces, add salt to soak for 10-30 minutes to reduce bitterness.

3. Rinse and squeeze out the water from the bitter gourd pieces by hand. Beat in two eggs, salt, cornstarch, and a few drops of soy sauce. Mix well.
