How to Make Green Pepper and Dry Tofu

Dry tofu (3 pieces) Green bell pepper (1 piece)Pork(20 grams)

Steps for making dry tofu and green bell pepper:
Cut the dry tofu into rhombus shapes.

Slice the pork, cut the scallion into small pieces.

Wash the green bell peppers, then slice them into triangles.

Heat the wok with oil, add the pork slices and scallion, cook until done.

Add the dry tofu, Shaoxing wine, and soysauce, stir-fry for a bit.

Pour in water, salt, and Burn over High heat, then switch to low heat and simmer for ten minutes.

Add the green bell peppers, stir-fry for two more minutes.

Starch water for thickening.
