Taro and Suan Cai Stew Ingredients Introduction
Main ingredients:
Small taro (1 catty)(adequate amount) Suan Cai (adequate amount) Small chili pepper(1 piece) Garlic (adequate amount)ginger(adequate amount)
Side ingredients:
Salt (adequate amount) Oil (adequate amount)Chicken essence(adequate amount) Sugar (a little bit)
Steps for making Suan Cai Stew with Taro:
1. Peel and wash the small taro

2. Place the taro in a pressure cooker with some water, press for five minutes, then remove and drain the water to prepare.

3. Chop the garlic, ginger, and suan cai into pieces for preparation.

4. Heat oil in a pot, then stir-fry the ginger, chili peppers, and suan cai.

5. Then add small taro and stir-fry; season with salt and a little bit of sugar, continue to stir-fry.

6. Add water, simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat, then add some chicken essence before serving.

7. Serve in a dish.

Tips:
If not spicy, you can skip the chili pepper.
