How to Make Garlic Braised Pomfret

How to Cook Garlic-Sautéed Gold Pomfret:

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Weigh 10g cooking wine and 25g soy sauce in a measuring cup, then prepare 350ml water, finely chopped onions, ginger, and coriander, peeled garlic, weighed sugar and salt.

3. Clean the gold pomfret and remove its organs (for maintaining the fish's shape, I use a hook to remove the organs from the gills), cut the fish into diamond-shaped incisions on both sides, season with salt and let it marinate for half an hour.

4. Add oil to the pan and fry the garlic until golden yellow, then remove the fried garlic and reserve some of the oil.

5. Use the remaining garlic oil in the pan to pan-fry the fish on both sides.

6. Place the fried garlic and its oil in the pot.

7. Arrange the scallions, ginger, perilla seeds, large spice, and dry chili peppers at the bottom of the pot.

8. Place the fried fish into the pot.

9. Add the prepared cooking wine and soy sauce mixture.

10. Add 10g sugar.

11. Add 350ml water

12. Put the pot in a pot cover, put on the lid, plug in the power.

13. Use your phone app to select "White Sauce Fish" and start cooking.

14. After 20 minutes, begin reducing the sauce, finish reducing it before serving, sprinkle with coriander leaves.
