How to Make Stir-fried Baby Bok Choy


Ingredients Introduction
Baby cabbage 1 piece Chicken essence powder A littleA little cornstarch and salt Soysauce Appropriate amount Red chili peppers Two pieces
Steps to stir-fry baby cabbage:

1. Wash the baby cabbage, cut it into suitable segments for use.

2. Smash the garlic and chop the red chilies, then fry them in hot oil until fragrant (note: do not cook too long to avoid burning).(Do not overcook to prevent burning)

3. Add the prepared baby cabbage and stir-fry (I did not add water as moisture will naturally release during cooking). Add an appropriate amount of soysauce, chicken essence powder. Cook until the baby cabbage becomes soft. Then add a little salt. Just before serving, pour in an appropriate amount of cornstarch soysauce slurry and stir for a moment. If you prefer sour and spicy flavor, you can add some vinegar Stir-fry to enhance the taste.

4. Serve it hot. Simple and light, yet very appetizing.
