How to make peach jam

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Peel and wash the peaches thoroughly.

3. Cut the peaches into small pieces, make sure they are quite small; it will be easier to crush them after boiling. Use a flat spoon, like those used for serving rice, to crush the fruit until about 80% of it is mashed. I used the white plastic spoon commonly used for serving rice.

8. Squeeze lemon juice and then reduce heat to minimum and cook for another 12 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

9. Done. Let it cool, then store in a bottle and refrigerate.
