The method for making Shiitake Stir-fried Fried Mushroom

Fresh Shiitake mushrooms Adequate black Black Fungus Adequate Oil Tofu Skin Adequate Mutton Rice Flour Mince Appropriately &Roughly Sherry Appropriately &Soy Sauce Adequate &Soy Sauce Adequate &Black Pepper Adequate & Scallions Appropriately
How to Make Shiitake Mushroom and Tofu Skin Stew:

1.Black Fungus Soak in water until soft, add an appropriate amount of starch or Flour, clean thoroughly by hand, then drain.

2. Mince the mutton in a large bowl, add black pepper, roughly sherry, soy sauce and scallions, mix until the meat is firm and elastic.

3. Puncture a small hole in the tofu skin with a chopstick, rotate it inside the tofu skin for 2 turns to create space for filling.

4. Stuff an appropriate amount of meat into the tofu skin.

5. Clean the shiitake mushrooms, remove the stems, and cut them into pieces.

6. Heat oil in a pot, add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Add the black fungus, then add the tofu skin, and pour an appropriate amount of water.

8. Season with an appropriate amount of soy sauce and black pepper. Middle Boil for about 10 minutes. 9. Reduce until the sauce thickens, season with a little salt if needed, garnish with scallions before serving.
