The method for making honey glazed roast pork skewers

Pork belly 1000g Honey 50g 15g cooking wine, 10g salt, 20g sugar, 15g oyster sauce, 2 pieces of fermented black beans5g old soy sauce, 10g light soy sauce
Molasses glaze Steps to make roast pork:

1. Wash the pork belly and remove the skin.

2. Mix all the seasonings in a bowl.

3. Pour the seasonings onto the pork belly and mix well.

4. Wrap it with cling film and refrigerate overnight.

5. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil.

6. Take out the marinated pork belly and arrange it on the baking tray.

7. Then place oven in the lower layer, top heat at 160 degrees Celsius, bottom heat at 180 degrees Celsius, for 50 minutes. Turn it over twice during the process.
