How to Make Steamed Peanuts


Ingredients Introduction
Peanuts 1000 grams Salt 20 grams Cinnamon 5 grams &Sichuan pepper 10 grams Small Fennel seeds 5 grams
Steps to make salted peanuts:

1. Rinse the peanuts thoroughly with water.

2. Make a small incision at the top of each peanut.

3. Prepare the seasonings, using what you have at home; if you like spicy food, add some red chili peppers.Chili pepper.

4. Add enough water to cover the peanuts in the pot and pour in the seasonings.

Medium fire boils, once boiling, add salt and cook on low heat for an hour. After 20 minutes, add more salt and continue cooking for another 10 minutes; then let it sit covered.(Adjust the amount of salt to taste, a slightly salty broth is best)

5. After cooking, soak the peanuts in the broth overnight to infuse flavor. If it's hot, cool down and refrigerate them.
