How to Make Braised Pork with Bamboo Shoots


Ingredients Introduction
Pork belly 600g bamboo shoots 400g Dry chilies one red-braised soy sauce soy sauce 2 large spoons a little salt star anise 4 pieces bay leaves 2 pieces sugar cubes garlic cloves 4ginger slices 2 pieces Braised pork belly
Boiling bamboo shoots method: 1. Cut braised pork belly into chunks about 3cm in size

2. Pre-boil the bamboo shoots, then cut them into dice and set aside.

3. Prepare the seasonings

4. Add cold water to the Instant Pot, then place the pork belly inside; cover with a lid.

5. Set the heat to high.

6. In no time, the meat will be blanched; drain and remove it.

7. Pour out the water in the pot, add bamboo shoots and pork belly.

8. Add additional ingredients.

9. Add seasonings.

10. Add water that has been brushed over the ingredients (a bit more is okay too).

11. Cover with a lid, press the button, then select the braised pork belly function on the screen.

12. The entire process will take about an hour; leave it unattended and do other things.

Once the time is up, the machine will remind you to flip and taste the dish for seasoning. Anyway, the machine will remind you to come and stir-fry when it's time; just check if the flavor is right.
