Delicious Mazha Tofu Steps:

1. Cut the tofu into pieces first

2. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, cut the green pepper into strips (cut the spring onion into cubes)
3. Add cooking oil to the pot and heat it up until hot; then add the tomatoes and an appropriate amount of water, cook until it becomes a sauce, then add the spicy bean sauce and other seasonings,

4. Place the tofu in the prepared sauce and stir-fry, let it absorb the flavor, then add green pepper strips (spring onion cubes) and continue stir-frying for another minute before serving!
