How to Fry Fish Cubes


Ingredients Introduction
Carp 450 grams of meat Green garlic stalks 2 stalks, 4 cloves of garlic, fresh Ginger Several slices Sichuan pepper One piece Soy sauce Appropriate amount
Steps to cook the fish cubes:

1. Cut the carp into pieces, wash and drain the water, then prepare.(I used a large carp from a reservoir here; it's available in the market.)

2. Wash the green garlic stalks, cut into segments, slice the ginger, chop the garlic cloves, and mince the Sichuan pepper for preparation.

3. Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pan, heat over high flame,until hot, then add the fish pieces and cook on medium flame until golden brown. 4. Turn the fish pieces over, similarly cook on medium flame until golden brown.

5. Add the garlic slices and ginger threads, stir-fry to release fragrance.

6. Pour in soy sauce.

7. A little water can be added if desired, then turn the fish pieces.

8. Add green garlic stalks and Sichuan pepper.

9. Cover and let it simmer for a moment; uncover, gently stir-fry until the sauce is almost dry before turning off the heat.

10. Serve in a bowl, ready to enjoy!
