How to Make Mini Meatballs with Mushrooms

The child likes it.Oil.Mushroom cake. Stuffed with meat, but the ones I made previously were mostly large. Seeing small-sized ones in the supermarket, I bought a bag and decided to make them at home; they are just right!
Main ingredients
250 grams of minced meat Mushrooms 5 pieces Mushroom cake (oil-fried dough)
Side ingredients
Appropriate amount of salt Fresh Ginger Appropriate amount Raisin wine, or you can use white liquor; I don't like the smell of cooking wine.
Stuffed Small Oil-Fried Dough Balls
1. Minced meat

2. Soaked mushrooms and minced ginger ready for use

3. Combine mushroom and ginger mince, salt, and wine (I used raisin wine; you can also use white liquor)Grapes Raisin wine.

4. Mix well, then stir in one direction until firm, about five minutes

5. A bag of small-sized mushroom cakes bought from the supermarket

6. Make a small hole with your finger and stuff the meat mixture into the dough balls

7. Place stuffed dough balls on a plate

8. Put water in the rice cooker, place the plate inside Steam.

9. Use the cooking steam setting for one hour

10. After an hour, carefully take out and it's ready to eat!

I don't use monosodium glutamate (MSG) because there is none in my home.Monosodium glutamate Raisin wine.
