How to Make Steamed Baby Bok Choy with Garlic Infused Fans

Healthy and delicious Steam Cuisine is favored, especially during hot summers. Very simple to prepare, a super tasty home-style steamed dish.
Main ingredients
Baby bok choy 1 stalk Chopped chili paste 1 tablespoon Chopped green onions Rice vermicelli 1 bunch Garlic, 1 head Joyoung stir-fry machine thick soup cube 1 piece

1. Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft.

2. Wash the baby bok choy, slice each into 6 pieces. Sliced baby bok choy into 4 pieces.

3. Chop the garlic finely, and chop the green onions. I used a pig bone soup flavor thick soup cube.

4. Transfer the soft vermicelli to the bottom of a dish.

5. Place the baby bok choy on top of the vermicelli.

6. Sauté the garlic in cool oil until fragrant.

7. Add 1 tablespoon of chili paste.

8. Pour in enough water, add 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and salt to taste, along with the thick soup cube. Cook until the soup boils.

9. Pour the soup over the bok choy on the dish.

10. Steam in a steamer. Start timing once the water is boiling for about ten minutes.

11. Sprinkle chopped green onions after steaming.




Cooking Tips
Steaming time can be adjusted based on the size of the baby bok choy, until fully cooked. Make sure to soften the vermicelli if it's not pre-soaked.
