How to Make Salted Peanut Snacks

Peanuts In our area, they are called "longevity fruits." Every summer, households eat these "longevity fruits," and I particularly enjoy the salted water flavor. This has become my post-meal snack from childhood to adulthood.

Fresh peanuts 500 grams 20 grams of brine seasonings

How to make salted water peanuts
1. Prepare the materials

2. Since the peanuts were just dug out from the ground. Place the peanuts in a large basin and rinse with water.

3. Drain the peanuts after removing them. Do not use the dirty water.

4. Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil over fire.

5. Add brine seasonings and bring to a boil.(I used brine powder here)

7. Cook the peanuts on high heat until boiling, then switch to low heat for 30 minutes. Marinate for an additional 20 minutes. This will allow the peanuts to absorb the flavor.

1. Fresh peanuts are a bit dirty and need to be washed with water several times. I usually wash them about 5-6 times.2. The salted water peanuts I made use brine seasonings, but in small amounts.
