Flank steak, meat,egg(one),green pepper(one), and carrot(a little bit)

1. Mix the cut meat pieces with one egg, coat with flour, and let it hang batter; prefer softer texture? Use just water!prefer firmer texture!use just water!

2. carrot are cut!set aside

3. Green peppers are cut!set aside

4. Fry the meat in hot oil until cooked.

5. Drain the oil after frying, set aside.

6. Add the bell peppers and carrots, along with water starch,soy sauce, salt,monosodium glutamate mix to form a sauce.

7. Add the fried meat back in, stir-fry for a few seconds, and done!
