Steam How to make stuffed tofu
1. Soak the tofu in salt water for 5 minutes.

2. Make a small hole in the middle of the tofu.

3. Fry the tofu until it turns golden brown on both sides.

4. Chop the pork into mince and mix with dark soy sauce, rice wine, salt, and the removed tofu.

5. Stuff the prepared meat filling into the hole in the tofu.

6. Steam for 12 minutes.

7. In a wok, add 3 tablespoons of water, bring to a boil, mix dark soy sauce with water starch to make a thick sauce, add soybean oil, and pour over the tofu.
