Cooked mung bean pods and lotus root dish:

1. Ingredients: mung bean pods, lotus root (cleaned and peeled)

2. Remove the shells from the mung beans and rinse them.

3. Heat oil in a pot, add the sliced lotus root and rinsed mung bean pods, stir-fry for a while.

4. Add an appropriate amount of water, cook until fully cooked.

5. Add an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce.

6. Add salt as needed.

7. Add sugar as needed.

8. Stir to mix the seasonings evenly and it's done.
