How to Make Soy Sauce Snails

Appropriate amount of snails, spring onions Garlic(appropriate amount), sugar (appropriate amount), salt (appropriate amount),Chili peppers Soy sauce (appropriate amount),Green bell pepper(appropriate amount), dried Red chili peppers(appropriate amount),Soysauce(appropriate amount), oyster sauce (appropriate amount), rice wine (appropriate amount)
How to make saucy snails

1. Clean the snails, trim the tails, and place them in clear water. Add a spoon of cooking oil to help remove sand from inside, and let them soak for half a day.

2. Heat the pot, stir-fry the spring onions and garlic until fragrant, then add green bell peppers and stir-fry.

3. Add dried red chili peppers and stir-fry.

4. Transfer the snails into the pot and stir-fry. Pour in rice wine, and add Sauce Stir-fry

5. Add appropriate amount of salt,Sugar, soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir-fry, then add an appropriate amount of water and simmer on low heat for five minutes before serving.

After adding rice wine, stir-fry the snails a bit more but not too long to avoid overcooking the meat.Snail meat becoming tough.
